I recently started fishing more… Every week i find some time to go out in the water. 30 minutes here, and hour there. Sometimes, i get lucky enough to get a few hours. I have been on High blood pressure medication for a while. With these little fishing trips that I get I have noticed that my blood pressure is not so high anymore. Walking, standing, moving around and the excitement of the bite has increased my stamina, and has helped to lower my blood pressure on the regular.
